The People of the State of New York, Plaintiff, v Leisvel Gonzalez Lopez, Defendant.

Motion by defendant, pursuant to CPL 460.30, for an extension of time to take an appeal from judgments of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Yorktown, Westchester County, rendered February 8, 2018.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, defendant's moving papers are deemed to constitute a timely notice of appeal, and the appeal shall be taken in accordance with the procedure set forth in CPL 460.10 (3).
