Motion by appellants for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered July 20, 2018, and for related relief. Separate motion by appellants to be restored to possession of the subject premises pending the determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellants' motions are consolidated for the purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellants' motions are denied.
