| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Rivka Cohen and cross appeal by Tzvi Cohen from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, entered July 18, 2018. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 13, 2018, enforcement of stated portions of an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland, dated May 31, 2018, was stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal and cross appeal on condition that the appeal be perfected on or before September 27, 2018. The appeal has not been perfected.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the stay granted by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 13, 2018, is vacated forthwith.
