On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 10, 2018, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Motion by the nonparty-appellant children to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 30, 2018, and to direct that the respondent-appellant have physical custody of the subject children, pending hearing and determination of appeals from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
