ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 5, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 7, 2018, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "the papers filed in opposition thereto" and substituting therefor the words "no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto."
