On the court's own motion, it is,
ORDERED that the order of this court dated September 17, 2018, which dismissed an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Kings County, rendered May 1, 2018, is recalled and vacated.
This appeal was inadvertently assigned two different appeal numbers and was dismissed in error. The appeal shall be prosecuted under appeal No. 2018-1078 K CR.
