An appeal having been taken from an order of the Surrogate's Court, New York County, entered on or about August 16, 2018, And appellants David Reyes and Pamela Green, having moved to stay the Surrogate's Court order pending determination of their appeal, and for an extension of a lis pendens filed on or about August 31, 2015, which was vacated by the aforesaid order, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied.
