Appeals having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about February 8, 2018, And Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., having moved to withdraw as counsel for non-party appellant with respect to the appeals (M-2791), And defendant-appellant Tosca CafÉ, Inc., et al. and non-party appellant 4042 East Tremont CafÉ Corp. having jointly moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeals (M-4293), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion (M-2791) by Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A., to withdraw as counsel for non-party appellant is granted, and it is further, Ordered that the motion (M-4293) for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeals is granted, and the time to perfect the appeals is enlarged to the February 2019 Term. The Clerk is directed to calendar the appeals with the appeals in the Matter
