Motion by Meghan Ambrose for leave to appeal to this Court from a transcript of the proceedings of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, which occurred on May 1, 2018, to stay enforcement of stated portions of the transcript, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, for a preference in the calendaring of an appeal from an order of the same court entered June 20, 2018, and to enlarge the record to include a certain forensic report
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic in light of our determination herein and a decision and order on motion decided herewith dismissing the appeal from the order entered June 20, 2018.
