Motion by the appellant to correct the record on appeal to include certain documents on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated February 22, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before November 13, 2018, the appellant shall insert the affidavit of Thomas Scipone dated November 29, 2017, and reply memorandum of law dated December 7, 2017, in the copies of the record on appeal filed with the Clerk of this Court as pages 181.1 through 181.2 and 189.1 through 189.9, respectively, or serve and file a replacement record that includes the subject material.
