| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to direct the appellant to settle and file the trial transcript on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated October 25, 2017, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall settle and file the trial transcript with the Clerk of this Court on or before November 13, 2018, or the appeal shall be dismissed, without further notice; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 13, 2018, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
