| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing certain documents on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 21, 2017, and December 22, 2017, respectively. Application by the appellant to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before November 1, 2018, the respondent shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the pleadings, orders, and other documents referenced in the motion papers; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until November 13, 2018, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
