An appeal and cross appeal having been taken herein from a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on April 2, 2018,
Now, upon reading and filing the stipulation of the parties to extend the time to perfect the appeal and to extend the time for cross appellant to perfect his cross appeal,
It is hereby ORDERED that defendant shall perfect her appeal on or before December 17, 2018, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that cross appellant shall perfect his cross appeal on or before January 16, 2019, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the cross appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
