An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about August 14, 2018, And defendant-appellant David Kodosh having moved to stay enforcement of the aforesaid order pending hearing and determination of the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of continuing the interim stay granted by the order of a Justice of this Court, dated August 23, 2018, on condition that (1) the $1.5 million appeal bond posted by defendant-appellant David Kadosh remains in place, and (2) the appeal is perfected for the January 2019 Term of this Court.
