Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, for leave to reargue an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated March 7, 2014, which was determined by a decision and order of this Court dated January 28, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant is precluded from making further motions concerning the appeal from order dated March 7, 2014, without prior leave of this Court.
