Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered June 12, 2018, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that motion is denied as unecessary in light of the decision and order on application of this Court dated August 7, 2018, made upon an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 12, 2018, granting relief pursuant to Criminal Procedure Law § 380.55.
