Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both entered March 17, 2017, and a judgment of the same court entered February 28, 2018. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 10, 2018, enforcement of the judgment was stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals on condition that the appeal from the judgment be perfected on or before September 12, 2018. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal from the judgment.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the stay of enforcement of the judgment granted by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 10, 2018, is vacated forthwith.
