Motion by the respondent-appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated January 31, 2018, and March 6, 2018, respectively, for the assignment of new counsel, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to relieve counsel and for the assignment of new counsel are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, and the appellant shall prosecute the appeals expeditiously in accordance with any scheduling order or orders issued pursuant to § 670.3(b) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.3[b]).
