Motion by the attorney for the children, in effect, to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated December 28, 2017, for failure to settle and file the transcript of the proceedings.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied on condition that on or before December 17, 2018, the appellant settle and file the transcript of the proceedings.
