DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, two dated June 30, 2017, and one dated April 17, 2018, and a judgment of the same court entered May 8, 2018, and to consolidate the appeals from the orders dated June 30, 2017, with the appeals from the order dated April 17, 2018, and the judgment.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is granted, the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders dated June 30, 2017, are deemed to be filed in connection with the appeals from the order dated April 17, 2018, and the judgment, and on or before November 19, 2018, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the papers constituting the record for the appeals from the order dated April 17, 2018, and the judgment that are not contained in the record filed in connection with the appeals from the orders dated June 30, 2017, and a supplemental brief raising issues concerning the appeals from the order dated April 17, 2018, and the judgment.
