On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 16, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, is amended by adding the following sentence to the first paragraph: "The Grievance Committee served and filed a notice of petition and a verified petition both dated April 10, 2018, and the respondent served and filed a verified answer dated May 24, 2018."
