It is Ordered that motion & cross motion are consolidated for disposition. It is further Ordered that petitioner-appellant's motion seeking to enlarge time to perfect consolidated appeal is granted. petitioner-appellant shall perfect appeal by no later than Mar. 2019 term - filing deadline for which is Jan. 8, 2019.

It is also further Ordered tenant-respondent's cross motion seeking to dismiss the appeal for failure to comply with this court's August 24, 2018 order is denied. In the event of petitioner-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, tenant-respondent may move on five days notice for an order dismissing the appeal.
