DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of stated portions of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered July 2, 2018, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of so much of the order as directed the appellant to pay the sum of $6,500 per month to the respondent for temporary spousal maintenance and the sum of $8,000 per month to the respondent for basic child support is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal, on condition that the appellant pay the sum of $10,000 per month to the respondent for unallocated temporary spousal maintenance and basic child support, and the motion is otherwise denied.
