| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the respondents on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated May 19, 2017, to substitute Elizabeth Hedgecock, as administrator of the estate of Larry Hughes, for the deceased respondent, Larry Hughes, and to enlarge the respondents' time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is
ORDERED that Elizabeth Hedgecock, as administrator of the estate of Larry Hughes, is substituted for the deceased respondent, Larry Hughes, and the caption is amended accordingly; and it is
ORDERED that the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 5, 2018, and the respondents' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
