DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent-appellant to relieve assigned counsel and for the assignment of new counsel to prosecute an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 27, 2018. The respondent-appellant's motion for assignment of counsel was granted on September 18, 2018, and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal:
