| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, rendered July 29, 2014, to be provided with copies of certain reports prepared pursuant CPL 730, and "any other court file papers relating to appellant's competence during the pendency of the proceedings."
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be provided with certain reports is granted and the appellant will be provided one copy of the reports prepared pursuant CPL 730, as directed by the orders dated March 21, 2012, and January 24, 2013, respectively, upon request to the Clerk of this Court or her designee; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied without prejudice to renew upon proper papers identifying the additional material sought.
