ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 18, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 12, 2018, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the words "the trial in the above-entitled action" and substituting therefor the words "the foreclosure sale of the subject premises."
