ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 17, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Supreme County" and substituting therefor the words "Kings County."
