Defendant-appellant, having moved for an order enlarging of the record on appeal taken from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about January 20, 2015, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of directing the Clerk of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, to furnish a copy of the transcribed minutes of the adjourn dates between defendant's plea and sentence to appellant's counsel within 60 days from the date of service upon the Clerk of a copy of this order, which counsel is directed to serve upon the Clerk, and the individual court reporters, within 14 days from the date of entry hereof, and is otherwise denied as unnecessary.
