Renda to dismiss an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated September 5, 2017, in the interests of judicial economy or, in the alternative, to hold the appeal and cross appeal in abeyance pending certain proceedings in the Supreme Court, Westchester County.
