| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to file a brief on an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 5, 2017, and an appeal from a judgment of the same court dated July 28, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to file a brief is enlarged until November 6, 2018, and the respondent's brief shall be filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant-respondent's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until December 6, 2018, and the reply brief, if any, shall be served and filed on or before that date.
