DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Charlotte Cousins for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated August 27, 2018, and to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the order pending hearing and determination of the appeal is granted to the extent that enforcement of the order is stayed for a period of 20 days after the date of this decision and order on motion and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied.
