Motion by the appellant on appeals from six orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 23, 2017, June 30, 2017, September 13, 2017, September 14, 2017, October 16, 2017, and November 9, 2017, respectively, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated November 30, 2017, for leave to reargue the respondent's motion to dismiss the appeals from the orders as untimely taken, which was granted in a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 6, 2018, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court dated August 6, 2018, or to remit the matter to the Supreme Court, Kings County, to enter final judgment in the above-entitled matter.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
