Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated April 9, 2018, to remand the subject child to her care and custody, and to direct the parties to adhere to the terms of a certain order of the same court, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order dated April 9, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
