| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 22, 2018, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, rendered December 1, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the appellant shall serve and file the replacement brief on or before December 11, 2018; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until January 10, 2019, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
