| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent to enlarge the record, in effect, for leave to serve and file a supplemental record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated December 13, 2017, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before November 26, 2018, the respondent shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the affidavit of service dated February 1, 2017, and the email dated February 6, 2017, which are annexed to the affidavit of Lisa Walsh dated August 30, 2018, in support of the respondent's motion as Exhibits D and E; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 26, 2018, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
