DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 3, 2017. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 6, 2018, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was enlarged until October 9, 2018. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 6, 2018 (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]).
