DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by defendant, in effect, pursuant to CPL 460.30, for an extension of time to file an affidavit of errors, on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Traffic and Parking Violations Agency, rendered November 8, 2017, and for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an extension of time to file an affidavit of errors is granted and defendant shall serve and file his affidavit of errors within 30 days of the date of this Decision & Order on Motion; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected within 60 days of the date of this Decision & Order on Motion.
