Motion by 3052 Brighton First, LLC, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 10, 2018, to consolidate that appeal with appeals from a judgment of the same court dated November 1, 2017, and two orders of the same court dated November 1, 2017, and May 7, 2018, respectively, and to stay enforcement of the judgment and the order May 7, 2018, and to enjoin the respondent, or anyone acting on its behalf, including the referee, from selling the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
