By decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 9, 2018, all proceedings in the above-entitled matter, including the in camera testimony of Karen Lutz, were stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal. The appeal has been deemed withdrawn by order on application of this Court dated herewith.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the stayed granted by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 9, 2018, is vacated forthwith.
