DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

nt.

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 26, 2018. By order to show cause dated September 11, 2018, the parties and Behrins Law Firm, PLLC, were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that Behrins Law Firm, PLLC, had no authority to file a notice of appeal, or to appear, on behalf of the child, Isaac S.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is denied as academic, in light of the decision and order on application of this Court dated October 26, 2018.

RIVERA, J.P., DILLON, CHAMBERS and BARROS, JJ., concur.
