Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated February 14, 2018. By order to show cause dated September 7, 2018, the parties to the appeal were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that the right of direct appeal terminated with entry of a judgment of the same court in the above-entitled action on February 27, 2018.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241).
