DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Hereford Insurance Co. for leave to appeal to this Court from stated portions of a decision and order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated June 15, 2018, which determined an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered December 19, 2016, and for poor person relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
