DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

,

Appeals by Tiffany R. C. from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, both dated January 24, 2018. By order to show cause dated September 13, 2018, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals in the above-entitled proceedings on the ground that they had been rendered academic as the orders expired by their terms on March 27, 2018.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is granted, and the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements.

RIVERA, J.P., ROMAN, SGROI and HINDS-RADIX, JJ., concur.
