Motion by the defendant for leave to reargue his prior motion, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 12, 2018, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 24, 2018, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court.
