On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 11, 2018, in the above-entitled matter, as amended by decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 31, 2018, on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered August 2, 2016, and August 9, 2016, and a judgment of the same court entered December 15, 2017, is further amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "a judgment of the same court entered August 2, 2017," and substituting therefor the words "a judgment of the same court entered December 15, 2017."
