Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, two entered September 11, 2017, and one entered July 24, 2018, and a judgment of the same court also entered July 24, 2018, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom, to consolidate the appeals from the orders entered September 11, 2017, with appeals from the order entered July 24, 2018, and the judgment, to deem the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders entered September 11, 2017, to be filed in connection with the appeals from the order entered July 24, 2018, and the judgment, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the order entered July 24, 2018, and the judgment, and the notice of appeal for the order entered July 24, 2018, and the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the orders and the judgment is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to consolidate the appeals, to deem the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders entered September 11, 2017, to be filed in connection with the appeals from the order entered July 24, 2018, and the judgment, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record is granted and on or before November 30, 2018, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the order entered July 24, 2018, and the judgment, and the notice of appeal for the order entered July 24, 2018, and the judgment.
