v Janice A. Crippen, appellant, et al., defendant.

(Index No. 612939/17)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Janice A. Crippen from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 29, 2018, and unsigned transcripts of proceedings of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, which occurred on June 25, 2017, and June 29, 2018, respectively.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals from the unsigned transcripts are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies from an unsigned transcript (see Ojeda v Metropolitan Playhouse, Inc., 120 AD2d 717).
