DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Paul Pullini from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated November 20, 2017. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 24, 2018, the appellant's time to comply with the scheduling order dated January 26, 2018, was extended and within 30 days of the date of the decision and order on motion, the appellant was directed to file in the office of the Clerk of this Court an affidavit or affirmation containing certain material. The appellant has failed to comply with the decision and order on motion dated April 24, 2018.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 24, 2018.
