Separate appeals having been taken to this Court from the orders of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about July 11, 2017 and July 28, 2017,And defendant-appellant having moved for consolidation of the aforesaid appeals, for an enlargement of time to file a record and an enlargement of time to perfect the appeals, granting Timothy D. Brennan, Esq., of the New York Legal Assistance Group, leave to withdraw as counsel for defendant-appellant, and for the appointment of pro bono counsel to represent defendant-appellant on the appeals, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the respective appeals to the

May 2019 Term, and Timothy D. Brennan, Esq., of the New York

Legal Assistance Group, is relieved as counsel for defendant-appellant. The motion, to the extent it seeks consolidation of the appeals, is denied, as unnecessary (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][3]).
